Building Trades Maintenance
Program Description
The Building Trades Maintenance program provides the following training and experience. Students learn how to:
- Use hand and power tools safely
- Use ground maintenance equipment to upkeep commercial and residential lawns/grounds
- Provide basic upkeep to commercial and residential properties through woodworking, painting, electrical wiring, plumbing, masonry, and environmental service controls
- Provide custodial cleaning service
- Operate basic welding equipment
