Automotive Body
Program Description
The Auto Body program provides the following training and experience:
- Repair damaged vehicles (i.e. automobiles, light trucks and motorcycles)
- Examine damaged vehicles and estimate cost of repairs
- Remove, repair, and replace: automotive body panels, upholstery, trim and accessories
- Repair or replace mechanical, electrical and hydraulic equipment
- Remove and replace glass
- Diagnose frame and unibody damage and straighten bent frames or unibody structures
- Prepare panels and surfaces for painting using a variety of manual and power tools
- Paint prepared panels and surfaces
- Detail vehicles

Articulation Agreements
Students who meet all the requirements of the Tech Prep Program will receive credit and admission preference into these Post Secondary Programs:
- Allegany College of Maryland
- Penn College (an affiliate of Penn State University)
- Wyoming Tech
